This site has existed for a while in a fairly static form. Time to actually use it.

I spend a lot of time thinking about how organisations operate: how decisions get made, where things break down, what separates the companies that scale cleanly from the ones that grow into a mess. Most of that thinking happens in conversations or inside documents that nobody else ever reads.

Writing is a way to make that thinking more useful, if only by forcing me to work out what I actually believe before committing it to a page.

The plan is to write about operations, leadership, and the practical realities of scaling a SaaS business. Not frameworks. Not “five steps to.” Just observations from the work, and ideas worth arguing with.
